Unnecessary file name in content when Show tab title bar is turned on

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new file
2. turn on “Show tab title bar” in Appearance section of Obsisdian settings
3. Be in live preview mode

Expected result

• Name of file in a tab
• Name of file in a title
• pure content of file

Actual result

The file title shows not only in a Title bar but also in a content box
It is a waste of space and an unnecessary feature

Obsidian 0.16.2

Additional information

Then I run plugins like Kanban Board or Excalidraw, I see in the title a name.
The content does not include it.
I expect this behaviour also for “.md” files

There is an option in the settings to remove the inline (incontent) title.
