Unnecessary encoding of CJK filename in markdown links

Steps to reproduce

for example

  • There is a note named 附件 in folder 知识卡片
  • I drag 附件 into another note ，Obsidian create [附件](../知识卡片/附件.md)
  • Then I rename 附件 to another name 春天

Expected result

the link update to [附件](../知识卡片/春天.md)

Actual result

the link update to [附件](../%E7%9F%A5%E8%AF%86%E5%8D%A1%E7%89%87/%E6%98%A5%E5%A4%A9.md)
