Steps to reproduce
- Create note “A note”, with the following content

I'm talking about [John](mailto:[email protected]).
His website is https://www.john.com

Create note “John”, it doesn’t need to have content

Look at the “Outgoing links” for backlinks and links
Open through commands
Backlinks: Show backlinksandOutgoing links: Show outgoing links

Expected result
I expect the word “John” to be detected and linked, but not when it’s part of a Markdown link or URL.
Actual result
Unlinked mentions get “detected” within links.

If I click the unlinked mentions, the notes get all scrambled up.
Example of “A note” after linking:

I'm talking about [[[John]]](mailto:[[john]]@gmail.com).
His website is https://www.[[john]].com
Also note that in this case, it keeps detecting it as “unlinked” even after linking.
