Unknown Plugin called Rulebook appearing in my vault

What I’m trying to do

Identify this plugin:

The Rulebook icon is in my ribbon, but I don’t remember installing it.

When I click on it, it shows this window:

Things I have tried

I have looked for Rulebook in my Community Plugins, but I can’t find it.
I have also searched for Rulebook through the Browse Button and the “Show Installed Only” in the toggle button, but I can’t see anything called Rulebook.

I don’t think I have ever used it and I’d like to remove it, but I don’t know how.

I found what it was, it was part of a plugin called Iconic.

I tried to delete this post, but couldn’t, so I added this reply.

Don’t feel dumb,. I had exactly the same confusion. Your post provides the explanation. So it’s a valuable contribution.
The developer of the plugin is the one at fault here. Nothing on the “Rules” dialog makes ti clear that they are rules for Iconic. And if anyone can explain why Iconic needs rules or what they do that would be nice too.

After a quick look at the documentation, it’s apparently to automate the addition/attribution of icons to files and/or folders: Setting up rules :blush:
