Unable to use a community theme for Obsidian Publish

Hi,
I want to use a community theme for Obsidian Publish but I don’t get the Help on the website: here are the steps apparently:
To use one of the community themes for your site:

  1. Open your vault in the default file explorer for your OS.
  2. Go to the vault settings folder (default: .obsidian).
  3. Open the themes folder.
  4. Copy the CSS file for the theme you want to use for your site.
  5. Paste the file into the root folder of your vault.
  6. Rename the CSS file to publish.css.
  7. [Publish]

I don’t know where to paste the file or how to do it so that i can publish it. any help would be appreciated.
