Unable to log in to forum or Sync, password reset button not working every time

What I’m trying to do

Log in to Sync, Log into forum without resetting password every time

Things I have tried

Copy pasting my credentials, hitting password reset button on different browsers, changing my password and then loggin in with a passkey which seems to be working.

The problem with this method is that I’m still unable to log in manually by typing or copying and pasting my password into the login window. It constantly tells me the password is wrong.

I am trying to sign up for Sync to help me manage my data and it’s not working because of this.

First, The account for the forum is separate from the account in the app.

The password reset button should send you an email, do you get the email?

Are you sure that when you copy paste you are actually entering the same content?

It was not clear I was dealing with two different Authentication systems. Thanks for that! Fixed.
