Unable to fold unfold lists in preview mode

Hi,
As per this update, folding/unfolding lists is available in preview mode.

But, I am not able to fold/unfold lists in preview mode. I’m able to do it only in edit mode.
Headings fold fine in both modes.
The list structure I’m using is like this

- first item
    first para
- second item
    second para
- third item
     third para

I’m using Obsidian v0.9.17.

There is nothing to fold there.

This folds

- first item
  - first para
- second item
  - second para
- third item
  - third para

Thank you. I got confused as the folding seemed to work in edit mode. Now, after nesting it works. Thanks.
