I have a word (maybe the name of a technique) and I would like to link to two different notes (maybe two notes of different applications of the technique)
Would be great to write down something like [[Note1&Note2|word]]
Right now I’m writting the same word twice with one link to each copy.
I may be misunderstanding the request, but it seems that the request is to have one link open two notes.
Also, what specifically are you asking for the link to open?

Well, you can have a link that opens two notes or, ideally, a word that, when it has two notes linked, shows a contextual menu to choose which one to open.
