Trying to search and locate a specific md note in Graph View

Hi all,

I have a .md note that includes many tags and internal [[links]] to other existing notes, and is also referenced by other notes (via backlinks). The file opens fine and everything looks normal in edit mode. So all neat.

My problem: I don’ know how to search for it and locate it in the Global Graph View. My vault has thousands of nodes, so it’s buried, needle in a haystack. It is possible to look for it and find it?

Anyone tried locating a file in Graph view? I guess so.

there’s a search field in the graph view settings (gear icon on the top right), under ‘Filters’ section. you can search by name and other stuff. let me know if i misunderstood your problem.
