I’m trying to use the new “Open in New Window” command from the note context menu. Instead of opening a new window, Obsidian displays a status message:
You must update Obsidian’s installer to use this new feature."
I have no idea how to do that, and I don’t see why I need to update the installer to use the feature.

I took the term “installer version” to mean the version of the installer, not the version of the general release of the app. I think calling it “installer version” is a bit misleading. Perhaps using the term “general release version” would be clearer. Anyway, thanks for the help.
You have to download the current version of the installer and run it to update that number, so I can see why it’s called that.
How do you download the current version of the installer?
