Trouble using 3rd party fonts on IOS

Trying to use 3rd party fonts on obsidian for IOS.

I’m trying to use a third party font downloaded from Creative Cloud on IOS, but it obsidian does not appear to be able to use the font. Surprisingly, a certain non-third party fonts like YuKyokasho that come IOS, also don’t seem to be usable.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the fonts as well as uninstalling and reinstalling obsidian.
