Steps to reproduce

  1. Set the deleted file to go to system trash
  2. Create a new file and delete it

Expected result

The deleted file should go to the system trash

Actual result

A while back, it started creating a .trash folder even though it wasn’t set to do this

Environment

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Obsidian version: v0.12.10

This is an upstream bug in Electron, @Lorena19. The developers are already aware of it and a workaround will be released in version 0.12.11 once it is ready.
