If I change the original note, the transcluded note does not change.
See example below, where I modify Note one after I inserted it into another note. As you can see preview does not change. Furthermore, turning preview off and on does not make it update.

I originally filed the bug for the heading not updating, then realized it doesn’t work for the whole note either.
