中文标点符号的问题

中文里的双引号似乎是相反的显示，我在别的文档里输入是正常的，见快照1 参考图片

@zhl means the chinese quotation mark don’t works properly
will look like this if it works properly : “ ” （the two marks are facing the opposite way）
but @zhi 's problem is the quotation mark goes the wrong way，like this: ” “ （like the screenshot given in @zhi 's post）

I tried repeatedly, perhaps because I didn’t know when I had entered the first quotation mark, and the punctuation was too small to detect the error, which caused all subsequent entries to be in the wrong order.
