Watching YouTube videos it would seem some people can use the toggle function on non headers in preview mode, Is this correct? and if so how do you do it. I can make a non header toggle in edit mode but disappears in preview

Are you using custom CSS? Some themes (like Minimal Theme) hide the button to fold elements until you hover over them in preview mode. In addition, make sure the settings pictured below are on. They’re under “Editor.”
