Toggle bullet/numbered unexpectedly opens suggest modal

Steps to reproduce

Some text [[Wiki-Link]] Some text

Now set the cursor inside the Wiki-Link and toggle bullet list

Expected result

Bullet point is added. Nothing else changes

Actual result

Bullet point is added. BUT: Unexpectedly, the suggest-modal of the wiki-link pops up.

The problem with this is, that important keyboard navigation functionality (such as end) is not accessible anymore until modal is escaped. This is very contra intuitive and cumbersome, see also my other post.

Just noticed that the same issue (appearing modal) occurs when moving lines up and down with hotkeys, while the cursor is inside a wiki-link.
