- The default theme.
- All CSS snippets disabled (if you have any).
- In Restricted mode.

I know you mentioned disabling plugins one-by-one, but some plugins aren’t fully unloaded by just turning them off; a reload of the vault is necessary. Restricted mode disables all of them and reloads the vault.
I’m leaning towards a theme setting or CSS snippet here, but let’s see…
