Hello Obsidian Team,
I’ve encountered a significant issue with the Obsidian iOS client where it does not support referencing online images. This limitation is quite restrictive, as other software and platforms do not exhibit this problem. The Mac client works perfectly fine, but the iOS client falls short. I rely heavily on using online resources for my notes (such as web clippings), and downloading all resources locally is impractical and unnecessary.
There are no security risks associated with referencing online images, and I believe this feature is essential for many users. Please consider addressing this limitation in a future update.
