There should be a way to warn user if an attachment with the same name already exists and use existing attachment instead of making a copy of it.
I suggest to add a warning when user drag and drops an attachment to a note and there is already an attachment with exactly the same name in Obsidian: There is already an attachment with the same name. Use existing attachment instead? Yes/No/Cancel
