Is this the right category to ask about an Obsidian theme request?

My request is thus: Would anyone be game for developing an Obsidian theme based on the GOV.UK Design System?
I simply do not have the knowledge or skills to do it myself, but the design system seems well documented. And overall, it looks so clean and well-structured.
