Why can’t I customize the keyboard shortcuts. I still like to use Ctrl+V

Most applications have a special hotkey for pasting without formatting, just like Obsidian. Ctrl+V is usually for pasting and keeping formatting. Ctrl+something+V is usually for pasting cleanly.
