The left panel of the Notes and Files browser sometimes scrolls up when creating a folder

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a large number of subfolders and files in them so that the left panel has a slider that can be moved up and down
2. Create a folder in a subfolder
3. Create a folder in the created folder

Expected result

The left panel should not move up

Actual result

The left panel moves up
