The last page of PDF is not displayed when using the `#page=n` wikilink

Steps to reproduce

Say I have a wikilink shortcut to a PDF page like so:
![[somepdf.pdf#page11]] where page 11 is the last page.

Expected result

It should show the last page. In this case, page 11 is expected.

Actual result

It shows the second last page. It would be page 10 in this example.
