Templater - new note title problem

When I use Templater to create a new note from a default new note template, it can’t access the note title.

Using “<% tp.file.title %>” the note always has “Untitled” as the text in the note, because templater creates the note before I type in the note title.

Is there a better way to do this?

Insert the template after creating and titling the note.

I use a Templater script assigned to a hotkey (Ctrl+1) to rename the note title based on the first note header.
