Tasks Plugin: First business day after day of month?

I’ve been unable to find an answer to this and I do suspect it’s not possible, but is there a way, using the Tasks plugin, to say:

“the first business day on or after the 1st of the month” (or whatever day of the month)

Additionally, is there any way to have a recurring task set with two constraints?

“the first business day on or after the 1st of the month AND the first business day on or after the 15th of the month”

While I’m at it, am I missing a way to say:

“every other monday”

Every Monday works. But every other does not seem to.

“First business day” is going to be hard to define. But I also have a task that recurs on a monthly basis. “Every Month on the first Monday” works just fine (which is what I needed).

This may be a silly question - but why can’t you just set it to recur on the 1st and 15th? What is the worst that will happen? You’ll come to work on Monday and be greeted by a todo list item that populated over the weekend? Depending on your needs, this may be a problem that doesn’t require a solution.

Every other Monday is even easier - just schedule your first task for a Monday and tell it to recur every 14 days.
