Task/ToDo handler for moving a ToDo up or down

What I’m trying to do

The situation:
I have a list of tasks/ToDos. I want to be able to move a certain taks/ToDo to an upper or lower position in order to prioritize this task/ToDo.
Is there a hidden function which I haven’t found yet to switch on?

What I do instead is not so comfortable. I mark the task/ToDo and cut it out and insert into another position. But sometimes I have handling problem so the cut out goes to the wrong place which happened several times so I wonder if there might be a better solution.

Things I have tried

I looked the command list for task, ToDo, Aufgabe etc.
I also checked the forum with this keywords

Hey cool! I didn’t thougth about hotkeys - mainly because I am more visual orientated, but thank you for your proposal!

On mobile, those can be added to the toolbar (if they’re not already there). On desktop you could use the plugin Commander to add buttons for them. There’s another plugin that provides a toolbar (for editing, but you can put any commands in it) but I don’t remember the name.
