I think it would be great to be able to begin a search using a #tag then to be able to search within those results using note names. Thanks for listening. I very much appreciate and enjoy this forum. It feels like anything is possible.

You can already do this using the existing search functionality. You can start a search query with a tag and add any other search parameters you want. Are you asking for something else?

I was using 0.8.4 and forgot that note names weren’t searchable because I had been pasting them into the note body. I was confused because I had stopped pasting them in, and certain tests were coming up empty. So glad you responded. Very helpful.
Sure, glad you figured it out.
Note names (filenames) are searchable using the file: operator and in an upcoming release, search will default to using filenames and content.
