Tag completion in the search window (ie `tag:`) and YAML front matter

Use case or problem

for some reason (unless by design) the tag completion that works throughout obsidian doesn’t seem to work neither in the search window (ie tag:)

or YAML front matter syntax (ie tags: [tag1, tag2])

Proposed solution

make tag completion consistent across obsidian and especially in the search menu
