iA Writer has syntax highlighting feature which is extremely helpful. When enabled it highlights all adjectives, nouns, adverbs, verbs, and conjunctions in different colors. This is very useful when writing a story. I’d be happy if this is implemented in Obsidian. Thanks!

This is a more plugin idea. I wonder if it would be better to just provide support for tools like Grammarly.
It would also be great to get syntax highlighting with the markdown and potentially even with the Latex commands
I also support this. It’s really one of the outstanding iA Writer features.
Also as a basis, the plugin could just allow custom highlighting of terms and Regex. So you could e.g. highlight “keywords” in your writing, like e.g. the main character of your novel etc.
