What I’m trying to do

I am trying to sync my vault to an iPhone. Even though I selected the option to sync all plugins, none transferred over.

My vault relies heavily on Modal Forms, and I really don’t want to create the forms again if I don’t have to! This vault will be shared to dozens of people, and it’s not practical to take their phones to create the forms on each device.

Any advice?

Sync worked perfectly EXCEPT for carrying over the plugins. tried to move the json files over separately when the sync didn’t work, but on an iPhone, I can’t get access to the hidden folders.

Did you select this option on ALL devices?

Thanks! Can’t believe that it didn’t occur to me to do it on both ends. Sheesh!

It corrects 90% of the issue. There is still one issue - the forms don’t transfer. All other community plugins and their settings seem to, but not the forms themselves.

Is there a fix for this?

I don’t know how that plugin works.

Where are they stored? If I remember right, items stored in a subfolder of a plugin’s configuration folder aren’t synced.

It finally worked, but I’m not exactly sure why it does now and didn’t before. I did update Obsidian in between, so that might have solved the problem.
