Switch to tab when a note is already opened, instead of opening the note in a new tab

Use case or problem

When I use Command-O to quickly switch to another note, I don’t always remember if that note is already open in an existing tab, or not. If it is already open, then I end up with the same note opened in two different tabs, which is not what I want most of the time.

Proposed solution

Change the default behaviour and do what Visual Studio Code does by default when using Command-P (Go To File): if the note is already opened in an existing tab, then focus that tab, otherwise open the note in a new tab. It is possible to “force” open the note a new tab by pressing Command while clicking on the note name.
