Use case or problem
Drag file/folder to another location far from the current one in a long list of files is difficult. Currently, obsidian only allow scrolling list by putting dragged file to the top/bottom of explorer, which is annoying when the list is long. Also, the scroll speed is difficult to control.
Proposed solution
Allow using mouse scrollwheel to scroll list when dragging file/folder.
