Currently, the Outline of Publish sites is not available to mobile users at all. They don’t even have a way to know there’s supposed to be an Outline in the first place.
Suggest supporting it in a pane that slides in from the right, symmetrical with the note list that slides in from the left. (So, akin to how it works in the Obsidian mobile app itself.)
