Stuttering Obsidian on AMD iGPU: if enabled 1) Windows Multiplane overlay (MPO) & 2) Hardware acceleration

Thanks for sharing this! I was seriously losing my mind trying to figure out why things were stuttering, even in a blank vault with no plugins or themes. Disabling MPO like you suggested fixed it.

Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, Radeon 6800xt, Win 11
