Stuck with "major installer update" on Linux

Since last week I started to receive the message of “Update Available”, saying that “Obsidian needs a major installer update”.

I removed the old version and installed the new 1.3.4 .deb package on Ubuntu 20.04, but I’m still getting the update message every time Obsidian starts. The Settings/About shows v1.3.4, with Installer v.0.15.9 (this one is the problem)

I tried AppImage, and it shows both Obsidian and Installer = v1.3.4.

It seems the issue is with the .deb package. Any idea if / when it’ll be updated to include the new installer? Or the only solution moving forward will be to migrate to AppImage / Flatpak?
