Install Commander in the Sandbox vault to check there – it will probably work as expected.
Uninstall Commander → close-open Obsidian → reinstall Commander in the troublesome vault. ※ If you’ve set up a lot of things in Commander, I would make a copy of its settings file (VAULT-NAME/.obsidian/plugins/cmdr/data.json) so you have a reference if you need to recreate the settings.
If that doesn’t work, there are some more options, but give those a try first.
Thank you, but it’s not just isolated to that one plugin. Even Shell Commands doesn’t have the full list of icons! So it’s something with that vault specifically, not tied to the plugin itself.
In fact, if I open a brand new vault, all of the icons appear.
Is this a case where I need to manually update the available icons in Obsidian somehow for the vault that’s missing them? If so, how would I go about doing that?
Edit: Nope, you were right. It was just a matter of reinstalling the plugins.
