Spaced Repitition Cloze Color

I am using Spaced Repetition and “{{” for the cloze recognition.
{{ bold or colored text }}

What I’m trying to do

I want to be able to have the text contained within the brackets either bold or a different color so the cloze will stand out more.

Things I have tried

Tried various codes and plug ins. Seems the only way is maybe javascript but I have no idea where to start with that
