In preview mode, the lists seem to use TAB indents instead of spaces. But for checkboxes in preview mode, the indents are spaces. Is there a way to make both indents to use spaces?
I have attached a picture for reference.

This looks like custom CSS. What theme are you using? Does this occur with the default appearance?

I renamed the obsidian.css temporarily to remove the effect of the custom CSS. And the result remains the same. On another note, I have disabled ‘Use tabs’ in the settings.

I think it is not related to that. My problem is that the indent lengths in the preview mode is different for lists vs Check boxes
