Slow booting time

my obsidian app on my laptop has a very slow booting-up time. from the point when i click the icon to actually editing a note can be up to 5 minutes or more.
my vault has 3000 files, 50000 words and 42 activated plugins.
I have syncthing for syncing between devices
i have duplicati for backind up my vault

Things I have tried

I have tried installed the latest version of obsidian.
I have tried limiting the number of activated plugins.
I have tried using just the default theme and deleting css snippet.

What I’m trying to do

I’m trying to speed up the time it takes for obsidian to launch to less than a minute or even seconds if possible.

i want to add that the obsidian always reindexes the whole vault every time I start up my laptop
