Single Square Brackets Before Internal Links Breaks Some Linking Functionality

Steps to reproduce

Type in a note:
[single angle brackets] [[note title]] [[another note title]]

Expected result

Standard syntax highlights.

Actual result

brackets]

Then if you ctrl/cmd+click “another note title”, the title is populated with

] [[another note title

…instead of…

another note title

Environment

• Operating system: macos Big Sur
• Obsidian version: 0.12.3

Workaround

Add an extra space between the single brackets and internal links.

Steps to reproduce

if I have a checkbox, directly followed by a link, it parses incorrectly.

[ ] this [[example]] works fine
[ ] [[this]] example is broken

Expected result

“example is broken” should show in the regular text color

Actual result

“example is broken” showed in the link color
