It is necessary to click on another sidebar tab and then back on the properties in order for the pane to refresh, displaying the correct metadata for the current file.

Sorry, after further testing I realized it’s an issue with the calendar plugin specifically when “Always focus new tabs” is turned off. Even though the page is opened in the same tab, it’s deselected so the metadata of the previous page is still displayed until you click into the document.
