Show transcluded notes with a different theme?

I’m experimenting with embedding/transcluding (![](/path/to/file.md)) my markdown task list (which I keep in NotePlan) into Obsidian daily notes.

However, the theme I use with my daily notes doesn’t work all that well with NotePlan’s task formatting.

is there a straightforward way to apply a different theme or different CSS to an embedded/transcluded document?
