Show one small file on top of another when hovering over it with the mouse

I have looked through everything under: “how to”.

In Help you can find several files that are displayed small when you move the mouse over a link. How can I use this for me. I have not found anything in the Help.

I can’t think of a term to search for here or on the net.

It is a core plugin called Page Preview

With a few settings in the plugin it also works mobile.
