Show all file types” enabled, but some file types (e.g., .docx) are not synced between vaults using Obsidian Sync

What I’m trying to do

I want Obsidian Sync to transfer all file types between two vaults. In Settings → Files & Links, I have enabled “Show all file types”, which allows Obsidian to display any file extension inside the vault.
However, even with this setting enabled, files like .docx are not being synced to my second vaul

Things I have tried

That Obsidian Sync would upload and sync these non-Markdown file types as long as they exist in the vault folder and are visible in the file explorer

You might need to tweak some Obsidian Sync settings to sync your .docx across devices :

From the doc:

[ … ] By default, Obsidian Sync activates selective sync for the following file types:

• Images
• Audio
• Videos
• PDFs

To sync additional file types, toggle the Sync all other types option.
