Shortcuts/Hotkeys icon or color with CSS

I usually do many notes about software and I would like that keyboard shortcuts have some icon or are highlighted in some way automatically, Bold, another color… (I think the best thing is to change the color)
I think it could be done with CSS, but I have no knowledge. Somebody could help me?

An example:
AFTER:
To open the menu you have to use Ctrl + P or the shortcut Alt + Shift + V.

BEFORE:
To open the menu you have to use Ctrl + P or the shortcut Alt + Shift + V.
