Shift + arrow keys buggyly selects texts

Steps to reproduce

  1. Try to select text via shift + arrow keys
  2. Repeatedly switch directions from left to right arrow after some time

Expected result

Text should keep on selecting in direction of arrow keys without lag

Actual result

Text stop getting selected even when keys are pressed , the selections feels slow and laggy.
