Sharing/Syncing a single Obsidian Document?

What I’m trying to do

I’d like to share a simple planning document with a colleague who does not use Obsidian. The idea is that I could continue to engage the project via my Obsidian setup, but they could also edit and read it - I will do this via Google Drive or Box.

Would it be possible to sync a single document out of a Vault without messing up Obsidian Sync or my vault? Or is this a very bad idea?

I recommend Google Docs which can import/export markdown. This enables you to initiate documents in Obsidian, then later share them to continue editing in Google Docs, and finally after the editing is done you can transfer the document back to Obsidian. Pictures, videos, pdf file embeds, callouts, and MathJax formulas are not supported in that workflow. However Google Docs supports markdown that has external images.

Image auto upload community plugins:

I would personally test Emo for general file uploads since it uses GitHub that has 1GB limit. That might suffice for video uploads if you can remove unused videos.
