Additional information

Moved to Help

Issues with community plugins aren’t for Bug reports.

Please let the Janitor folks know about the issue on their GitHub page. Thanks!

Sorry but this is not about Janitor. If I disable Janitor, always I get the “sharing” menu at obsidian startup on mobile

Have you set a specific note to open by default, and does that note have a period in its name? If so, go the the setting and type .md after the name.

Yes, that’s correct. Actually all my folders start with . . I removed the default note to open and the sharing menu doesn’t start any more, thanks.

Still remaining janitor issue, but i disabled it. At the moment I will use only from desktop.

thanks

You don’t have to remove the default note to start up if you don’t want to. If you manually type".md" at the end of its name in the setting field, it will work correctly.

Also that bug created a junk file named like your default note. See the bug report I linked for details.
