Share with/Send to Inbox Note in Obsidian Mobile app

Use case or problem

One feature of the Dynalist Android App I use all the time is the ability to set and Inbox document, and “Share” with Dynalist from other Apps on my phone. This is a really useful way to quickly record websites, emails, or other snippets of information I plan to organize later.

Proposed solution

Add the ability to specify the path to an “Inbox” document in the Android app. When something is “Shared” with the Obsidian App it appends the shared data as an item in the inbox.

Current workaround (optional)

Manually copy paste data into Obsidian.

I personally use Markor as an effective solution to this need, it allows you to append shared text to specific md files in your vault.
