Settings modal closes when disabling a plugin's actively focused view

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a view of any plugin (core or community) e.g. graph view
  2. Open settings
  3. Disable core plugin “Graph view”

Expected result

The plugin’s view to close and the settings modal to remain open.

Actual result

The plugin’s view and the settings modal both close.

This unexpected behavior appears to happen with both core and community plugins. Any time a plugin’s view is focused and the user disables the plugin, the settings modal closes unexpectedly.
